My brother Jonathan has been incarcerated and is currently serving a sentence of 14 years for a tax invasion fraud crime. While he played a role in it back in 2011 he was 21 years old and he was manipulate by a older gentle man named Juan Cepeda which fled out of the country never bring him to trail. I believe we are living a racial inequality in our Latino Community and no one is doing anything about it!! My little brother is part of that statistic. Please help us raise enough to hire a decent lawyer to get his sentence reduce. Others have killed and walk out in lesser time. He made a mistake like any other but the judge had no mercy on him. All life matters.
