Hey y’all, it’s Dezarae — a mama of 5, standing on faith and fighting for a new beginning.
This past year has been one of the hardest of my life. After walking away from a 15-year marriage, my children and I found ourselves without a stable place to call home. We’ve been bouncing around, praying, hoping, and believing that God would make a way — even when everything looked impossible.
Well… the door finally opened 🙌🏽
We just got approved for our new home — a place to start fresh, to heal, and to rebuild. But here’s the thing… we’re leaving behind everything and everyone to make this happen. No furniture, no funds, just faith.
I have a few days to secure our deposit, pack up what little we have, and drive over 2,000 miles with 5 kids, 2 dogs, and a whole lot of hope. It’s been hard financially. And starting over from scratch is more than overwhelming — but I know we’re not alone.
