Hello! My name is Robert Hayford, but my friends call me Bob. I am a 44 year old US Army Combat Veteran from the great state of New York. After 14 years of active duty including two tours in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan as a Combat Medic, I’ve realized my purpose in life is to help others. Many fellow combat veterans struggle with the effects of PTSD daily, including myself. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder can mean a number of different things, for different people, but one of the most noticeable symptoms on the outside is an increase in negative thoughts or feelings. Simply put, I lost my smile. Since retiring from the Army I've set my sights on gaining back that smile, and helping others in the process. This is why I've decided to start my own business, Smile Again LLC, to continue to serve the nation. Smile Again LLC will service the lower 48 by providing safe, timely, and professional shipping services. In the world we currently live in which is plagued by delays due to supply chain issues, you can trust Smile Again LLC to take care of your shipping needs. I have found from my time in the service that I love to travel and meet new people and I feel this is the perfect opportunity to achieve both while simultaneously being able to help others achieve their goals. Eventually I hope to scale the operation to further the amount of customers we can service, and to be able to take bigger and bigger loads over time. The funds donated to this campaign will mainly be used to obtain proper insurance coverage and to alleviate some of the costs of purchasing a trailer so that I may begin my new journey of bringing smiles to others.
