Huk has already experienced more heartbreak than any dog should. He has been rehomed twice in his life, never truly finding the forever family he deserved.
Just when we thought his life was finally turning around, tragedy struck.
Huk developed bloat, a life-threatening emergency that can become fatal in just a matter of hours. He needed immediate emergency veterinary care and surgery to have any chance of survival. There was no time to wait or prepare for the overwhelming cost.
The emergency veterinary bills are more than his new placement can manage alone as this was never expected after having him for just a short time. We are humbly asking for help.
