Andrea “Annie” Tice passed away September 13th peacefully in her home surrounded by close family. She fought her Colon Cancer for 5years, but her body gave up before she was ready to stop fighting.
A few weeks ago, when Annie’s doctor recommended she stop treatments, she told her sister that she still wanted her and her husband to care for her 4younger kids (in addition to 4 boys of their own) as was the original plan but she didn’t want them to have to move to Florida. Tears were shed and the decision was made for the Woodburys to move back to Idaho. Annie’s parents will be moving in with the kids until the Woodburys can relocate to Idaho and take care of all 8 under one roof. Sacrifices are being made all around, but in the end it will all be worth it.
There have been so many miracles, big and small, this week. Annie was such a sweet sister. She was a great mother and Sarah only hopes to live up to the standard set as the torch gets passed to her.
Funds collected will help with immediate expenses for the Tice kid’s’ activities in the interim of other funds becoming available and the hefty expenses of the Woodbury Family moving from Florida to be able to care for the kids. It was never the plan for US to move, so having the burden of moving is quite sudden. Annie’s four younger kids are 16,14,9, and 7. The Woodbury kids are 17,14,12, and 9. There will be lots of love in the home!
