A Humanitarian Campaign Led by the Young People of Gaza
Supported by a U.S.-Registered 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization
We Are From Gaza. We Live Here. We Serve Our People.
We are not telling the story of Gaza from a distance.
We are living it. We are witnessing it. And we are working, every day, to help our people survive it.
Who We Are
We are a dedicated team of young Palestinians living and working inside the Gaza Strip.
We are students, graduates, engineers, workers, and young people from different walks of life, brought together by a shared sense of humanity and a commitment to serving our communities.
Like the families we support, we face uncertainty, displacement, shortages, and the daily challenges of life in Gaza. We understand what it means to worry about the next meal, search for clean drinking water, or wonder how to protect the people we love.
Yet, even in the midst of these hardships, we believe that helping one another is a responsibility we cannot abandon.
Gaza is our home. These are our neighbors. These are our families and our people.
And when people around us are struggling to survive, we cannot simply stand by.
Why We Do This Work
Every day, we witness the human reality behind the headlines.
We see children waiting for clean drinking water.
We meet mothers doing everything they can to find food for their families.
We encounter displaced families trying to rebuild a sense of safety and dignity with very limited resources.
We see people who have lost so much, yet continue to hold on to hope.
These are not distant stories to us. They are part of our everyday lives.
We may not be able to end this humanitarian crisis on our own, but we can respond to the needs directly in front of us. We can bring water to a family, food to a child, a hot meal to someone who is hungry, or essential supplies to people facing another difficult night.
Sometimes, a small act of kindness becomes the reason a family feels they have not been forgotten.
That belief is at the heart of our mission.
A Local Team. A Shared Humanitarian Mission.
Our work begins with the communities we know and the people around us.
Because we live in Gaza, we understand the local circumstances, the challenges facing displaced families, and the urgent needs that can change from one day to the next.
Our local team works to identify vulnerable households, coordinate humanitarian distributions, and deliver assistance where it is most urgently needed, including underserved communities and displacement areas.
We strive to make our work practical, responsive, and grounded in the realities people face.
We are not simply speaking about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
We are here, among our people, doing what we can to help.
What Your Support Makes Possible
Every contribution can help us respond to urgent humanitarian needs, depending on available funding, local conditions, and access to essential supplies.
💧 Clean Drinking Water
Helping displaced families and children access safe drinking water, one of the most essential needs for survival.
🍞 Bread and Essential Food
Supporting families struggling to secure their next meal and helping put food on the table when resources are scarce.
🍲 Hot Meals
Providing prepared meals to children, displaced people, and vulnerable households who need immediate food assistance.
🍼 Infant Formula and Baby Essentials
Helping families obtain infant nutrition and essential supplies for babies when available and appropriate to their needs.
🏥 Medical Supplies and Essential Assistance
Supporting access to essential medical supplies and emergency assistance when feasible.
🏕️ Emergency Relief and Shelter Essentials
Helping displaced families obtain blankets, mattresses, bedding, and other basic necessities that offer a little more comfort and protection.
Each form of assistance meets a practical need. But its meaning goes beyond the supplies themselves.
It tells a family that someone cares.
It reminds a child that their life matters.
And it helps preserve something every person deserves: dignity.
Official Nonprofit Oversight and Accountability
This campaign is conducted under the responsibility of Sunbird Relief Foundation for Palestine, an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the United States.
The foundation is responsible for fundraising and financial oversight, while our local humanitarian team coordinates and carries out relief activities inside Gaza.
We understand that charitable giving requires trust, responsibility, and transparency. Every supporter deserves a clear understanding of the purpose of a campaign and the humanitarian work their contribution is intended to support.
We are committed to responsible stewardship of charitable funds, sharing meaningful campaign updates, and documenting distributions and activities whenever it is safe and appropriate to do so.
We also recognize the importance of communicating honestly about the challenges that can affect humanitarian operations, including the availability of supplies, transportation, access, and changing conditions on the ground.
Our responsibility is not only to seek support. It is to respect the trust behind every contribution.
Behind Every Distribution Is a Human Story
When we distribute water, we see children carrying containers almost as heavy as themselves.
When we deliver bread, we see parents hoping to bring something home for their children.
When we provide meals, we know that the food may bring relief to a family that has spent the day worrying about where its next meal will come from.
Behind every distribution is a person. A family. A story that deserves to be treated with dignity.
We do this work while facing many of the same difficulties ourselves. We, too, have dreams of continuing our education, building careers, starting families, and helping rebuild our homeland.
We are young people with futures we still hope to build.
But in this moment, our immediate responsibility is to stand beside those who need help today.
We cannot promise to change everything. We can promise to keep trying to make a difference, one family and one act of assistance at a time.
Your Trust Is Our Responsibility
We are deeply grateful to everyone who chooses to stand with the people of Gaza.
Whether you donate, share our campaign, or help others learn about our work, your support helps bring attention and resources to urgent humanitarian needs.
We are committed to communicating openly with our supporters, providing updates about our activities, and sharing documentation when circumstances allow.
We believe transparency is not simply a statement. It is an ongoing responsibility.
We want every supporter to understand not only what we are trying to accomplish, but also the challenges we face and the efforts being made to deliver assistance responsibly.
Your kindness deserves honesty. Your trust deserves respect. And the people receiving assistance deserve dignity.
Stand With the Young People of Gaza
We know that no single campaign can meet every need, and no one team can solve every problem facing our communities.
But together, we can do something meaningful.
We can help bring clean water to thirsty children.
We can help provide food to families who are struggling.
We can support displaced people trying to meet their most basic needs.
And we can remind our communities that even in the darkest circumstances, compassion can still reach them.
We are here in Gaza.
We know the challenges because we live through them. We see the needs because we stand among the people experiencing them. And we are ready to continue doing the work, with the resources and support available to us.
Your contribution is more than a donation. It is an opportunity to stand beside people who are doing their best to help their own communities survive.
Please consider contributing to this campaign. If you are unable to donate, sharing our message can also help us reach people who may be able to support this work.
From the heart of Gaza, thank you for seeing us, believing in the power of compassion, and standing with our people.
We are from Gaza. We are here for Gaza. And we will continue to stand with our people, one act of humanity at a time.
