Hey Friends and Family from X.

 

Just an update.  I have been doing better.  Still in TX.  Still hoping to leave soon.

 

I have been doing a little work with an old company so there has not been much need to do a fund raiser.  Kind of getting by on my own as best as I can.

 

The hospitals here are much better than in OK.  They actually did a lot of tests that other hospitals would not do.

 

I hope to leave here pretty soon.  

 

It has been suggested that maybe I keep the fundraiser going to attempt to try to help with getting the Embassy paid off so I can get my passport back and get back to my original Doctors.

 

There ae some things I cannot get done here that really help me.

 

I was doing IV Vitamin bags 3 to 5 times a week in Thailand.  High dose Vit C and other vitamins.

 

I was also doing hyperbaric oxygen.  2 hour sessions there I can do for about $60.  Here It cost closer to $250 so it puts it out of range.

 

These things help a lot.

 

I am going to switch gears a little and try to focus on raising what I need for the Embassy and getting back to where I can achieve constant care with doctors that have my complete history and I can get alternative care which helps much more than what the medical system here in the states will do.

 

I think that with what I am doing if I can just get back there I can afford to take care of myself and medical needs.

   My room is taken care of for now.  I think I am about all set to finish up the trip and get to P.A.

 

  I just want to see the doctor here to get my Biopsy Results which they should have soon.  The Texas doctor does not accept Oklahoma Medicaid.  Possibly any additional medications prescribed.

 

  I think this would be the last fundraiser I should need to do.  Just need enough for the Doctor Fee, Uber/Lyft transportation to doctor and then to airport.  Airline ticket to final destination.  Once there I should be okay and can stop with the fundraisers. for good.

The fundraiser is at $1680.  If we can push to $2250 I will take down the fundraisers.  

 

   I was just released from the hospital again.  

   I just found out I am now Anemic due to internal bleeding.  

   They have dilated a hiatal hernia and done some biopsies.

    I was hoping to leave here and get to PA where I have a place to stay and complete support.

  As much as I want to leave this place as fast as I can.  It may be unwise to do it before I can go see the doctor to get those Biopsy results.  It seems it may make more sense to at least get to where I am going having all the documentation in hand instead of having to repeat things.

   Friends thank you for all your support.  If it was not for you, I could not have been here in TX where I finally found a hospital that would do the work to give me answers that OKLAHOMA IGNORED.

   It seems to me like it may be foolish for me to rush out of here, but also disrespectful to those who have donated to try to help make me get well.

   I thought this was over and I could leave.  

   Now I have to try to raise funds for another week hotel stay, transportation to doctors, different foods, new medication, and possibly a doctor fee that may not accept soonercare.

 

    I get it that many people hate this.  I know I am one of them.  I hate asking for help.  I am worried about the results.  I do not want to disrespect my friend on X who has graciously donated a place to stay and food by not showing up without these results.

 

   I am going to try to raise an extra $650.

$300 for a week room.

$100 for medication that the TX pharmacies will not cover under Oklahoma Medicaid.

$100 for Uber/Lyft rides getting to and from medical appointments, and grocery stores.

$150 or so for new food.  I am now on a liquid diet, so I have no idea the cost for organic soups and foods.  I am just guessing here.  I can't eat what I already bought.

 

  Hi Friends,

 

     I am still in the Dallas Area.  Trying to get out but it is against medical advice for me to travel before I stop getting dizzy.

 

    My last living aunt on my dads side said she can come up with about $200 if I can raise the other $150 for a weeks stay.

 

   Once I am able I will finish my trip to a changed location in PA where I will have room/board/nutritional assistance.
