Emmanuel, who is my good friend from Rwanda (Second from the left in the photo), had to sell his car recently to help his sister pay for her wedding. He is currently using buses and cabs to get around. This makes getting to work difficult since he is part of the Rwandan Air Force and it is difficult to get cabs on their bases. I am going to try to raise enough money for him to buy a new car.
