My boyfriend, Henrry, was taken by ICE in civilian clothes and no identification at the immigration court in Dallas, Texas. He had a master hearing date with Judge Simms on November 4th. When we got there, we were told Judge Simms was not there and they were gonna give them new court dates and we would be able to go home. Once they went into court #6, people with their lawyers walked out. Henrry then walked out with a piece of paper with his new court date for Jan 20, 2026. We were walking in the hall, ready to go home, when someone said his name and he was taken into a room with swinging doors. One of these men were holding the doors shut so I would not go in. They took him from me. Henrry has his work permit valid till 2030. His social security card. His Texas DL. He is currently at Bluebonnet Detention Center in Anson, Texas. We need to get him 2 attorneys. I am a mom with 2 boys who he loves like they are his. I need all the help that I can get. I am starting my second job so I can make ends meet and put funds into his account. Anything helps!
January 12th, 2026. It's been a little over 2 months since Henrry being detained. He is now in Laredo, Texas.. 9 hours from Amarillo. His final court is coming up. It's been very hard on my boys and myself. We want him home already..
