This is Devin a young man who has been sentenced to a lifetime of consequences that is unfair and unjust. Devin is 22 years old and for the last 3 years through litigation has been paying for charges that are exasperated and some even untrue! He has been on a tether, probation, and incarcerated since these charges were brought out. Recently he was sentenced for 6 to 15 years in prison for a crime that was brought on once he broke things off with a young girl who exaggerated and made up scenarios that did not occur. Devin and his family could not afford an attorney so he was provided a court appointed attorney who is only paid minimum wages for these cases. He was encouraged to take a plea and not go to trial but now we are begging for justice for Devin because we were uneducated and did not know the outcome would be so drastic!
