Good day too you all. In February I had emergency surgery to have a tracheotomy to help me breathe better. I have been released from the hospital and rehab and now I am home. However I have not had income due to running out of PTO and still working on long term disability through my work. However that may take a while and I am seeking your help to help me stay afloat with some bills, food, and etc as me going back to work will be a long time.
