Mira Mesa Starts Independence Day Weekend With Us
On July 3, 2026, Mira Mesa’s Independence Day weekend begins with our community fireworks show — and we are just shy of reaching our $30,000 fundraising goal to make it happen.
This show is about more than fireworks. It’s about tradition. It’s about families making memories, kids experiencing the magic of the night sky, and neighbors sharing a moment of pride in our community. For many, this is one of the most cherished nights of the year.
We’re in the final stretch, and this last bit can be made up by the very people who make Mira Mesa special — you.
💙 Donate what you can and help us bring this tradition to life once again.
Gold Level
A $100 donation pays for the cost of a single 4" Shell, climbing to the highest level during the show of nearly 400 feet.Silver Level
A $75 donation pays for a 3" shell, the firework that makes up the majority of our show. These will rise to about 300 feet.
Bronze Level
A $50 donation will cover a 2.5" shell, usually seen as the gorgeous sparkling rockets you'll see throughout the show.
Neighbor
Do you love the fireworks show, but none of the other levels suit your abilities? Just be our neighbor and help us out. All we ask is that after you make a donation, you encourage your neighbor to do the same.
