Hello, I'm Mark! I'm currently 20 and have known I'm trans since I was 12. I've been fully out since 2017 and am currently three years on testosterone. I've been actively and consistently looking into top surgery the past few months although it's been an end goal for years.
I and my therapist have been trying every way to get around paying out of pocket for the past almost three years. We've had no luck and have run out of options, the last thing being to pay out of pocket. I am currently in no position to pay 9,000 or more out of pocket, and don't expect to be anytime soon.
I'm at a point in my life where not having top surgery is putting my life on hold. I'm wishing to end that and most of my problems with being trans. My hope and goal is to get top surgery as soon as I can, hopefully by the end of 2023 or early 2024. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Any money that is left over from this fund will be donated to LGBT resources or someone else's transition fund.
