When you decide to create a space for women to explore fitness in a safe environment, that allows them to express themselves freely and learn what they feel is best for their bodies, you don't expect to find that EVERYONE is craving a space just like this.

The problem comes when the effects of COVID last longer than they should.

During the initial pandemic, we temporarily closed and were unable to keep up with our bills. While we were given some minor assistance, it wasn't nearly enough. We now find ourselves in a "do or die" situation, and need your help recovering lost revenue, memberships, and momentum.

On top of that, our AC is out and - because of choice wording in our lease - we find ourselves being responsible for fixing it. We are deeply afraid of what winter will bring this year with extreme cold, and are asking for people to give anything they feel comfortable giving to assist us in catching up.

As a therapist, I specialize in suicide prevention and self-harm reduction. Many of our students have sat on the couches at Free Flow and told me that pole dancing literally saved their lives. This is what is at stake here. I have now trained in Dance Movement Therapy and Certified Personal Training (currently a Glute Specialist) so that I can continue to support humans in this way, combining my passions for mental and physical health and wellness in one space.

We are asking you to give Free Flow Fitness FIVE, FIFTEEN, FIFTY, OR FIVE HUNDRED Dollar donations (because alliteration is my thing). With each of these donations, we want to donate something BACK to you!!!

Donations:

$5 - Shoutout on our stories with other $5 donors

$15 - A story dedicated to JUST you!

$50 - A post of your business or a post dedicated to you with whatever pole move you have requested (based on ability of owners/instructors)

$500 - A 2.5 hour party to be redeemed by you within the year donated, hosted by an instructor of your choice!
