Hello family & friends ~
As many of you know Francien has battled health issues all her life.
Unfortunately, Francien has just been diagnosed with breast cancer for the 2nd time and she needs our help!
Her 1st cancer was caught early and it was slow growing. Francien only had to have a day surgery and radiation treatments. She was a trooper and breezed right through it.
Her treatment for this cancer will more extensive, as well as pysically and emotionally harder. Her oncologist has determined the best option for her is to have a double mastectomy, balloon implants inserted now (to help the skin stretch and grow new tissue ) followed by another surgery down the road for implants.
This will be a much harder road for for Francien. She has a positive attitude about what is to come and has full confidence in her doctors and medical team. Her main concerns are on her finances. Francien is on a set income which is her disability income. This keeps her on a tight budget for basic needs for her and her fur child Manny.
Francien enjoys being a Nanny for Daisy a French bulldog who is blind (her nieces fur child), taking Manny & Daisy to the dog park to meet up with friends, game night and spending time with her family and friends.
Francien has limited energy due to her Narcolepsy. She will need every bit of energy to focus on her healing.
This is why we are reaching out to all of Francien's family, friends, and maybe even "hidden angels" out there... to help raise money to go towards her secondary insurance, medical bills and procedures she may need. Unfortunately, her secondary insurance won't go in to effect until after the first major surgery.
Our hope is to be able to raise enough money to relieve as much financial stress for Francien as possible.
