I adopted Winnie on March 17th and this sweet girl has already stole our hearts. She has been through a lot.  Winnie has spent the last 8 years in a horrible, disgusting puppy mill that has left her with a lot of health issues.  We are unsure if she was thrown out of the puppy mill or escaped but what matters is that she is safe and always will be. Winnie has had double patella surgery and now was diagnosed with a collapsing Trachea. Surgery is projected to cost anywhere from $8,000 to $15,000. I am still working on finding a specialist that will do the surgery at her age but I am not going to give up. She is a fighter and I KNOW she has SO much more life to live. If you are able to donate it would mean the world to us. Anything helps. She did not come this far to give up now. I’m not one to ask for help but I need assistance to make this happen.
