If you’ve spent any time on Roatan, you know the heart of this island beats strongest in its people—and few embody that spirit more than Jeff and Ginger Rodack, the beloved owners of Gingers Roatan. Together, they have created more than a restaurant. They’ve built a gathering place where friendships form, memories are made, and everyone feels like family the moment they walk through the door.
Jeff and Ginger have spent years giving back to Roatan—supporting local events, offering help to all, welcoming visitors with warmth, and showing loyalty, generosity, and kindness to everyone they meet. Their presence has strengthened the island community in ways big and small.
Now, they need us to stand with them.
Jeff is facing a serious and unexpected health crisis that has left him in need of urgent, ongoing medical care on the mainland. As many of us know, medical emergencies on the island come with heavy challenges—emotionally, physically, and financially. The medical bills are already growing quickly, and the coming months will bring additional treatment, travel, and care.
This isn’t something Jeff and Ginger should have to shoulder alone.
We are asking Roatan locals, longtime friends, visitors who have felt the warmth of Gingers, and anyone touched by Jeff and Ginger’s kindness to consider donating. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly toward medical bills, treatments, and essential expenses during this incredibly difficult time.
Let’s help ease their burden, support their fight, and remind them that they are not facing this alone.
Please donate if you can, share this fundraiser widely, and keep Jeff and Ginger in your thoughts and prayers.
While Jeff and Ginger will be going back and forth to mainland - Gingers Caribbean Grill will be operating as usual and look forward to seeing your beautiful faces.
