Hi!  I'm Ela and I am proud to be a part of my High School's (award-winning) competitive culinary team.  My team recently took first place at the state level at Mohegan Sun and now I am raising funds to support trips to compete at the  national level in Baltimore and Orlando.  I have been cooking since I was little, serving as my mom's "soup" chef and continuing my culinary journey as part of a fantastic team of aspiring young chefs.  I contribute practical experience in the kitchen, attention to detail and strong management skills to make sure every plate my team puts out is perfection!  Please consider helping me make this culinary dream come true!
