hi my name is crystal,im starting this fundraiser for my husband and our family,which is very hard for me to do to begin with because im not the type of person to ask for anything,i have always been very independent and to prideful to ask i would rather work for it.but it has now come down to i have no other choice,on december 16th 2022 my husband was visiting his cousin at his cousins house like he did pretty regular after work while we were there picking our 1yr old son up from there because his cousins wife babysits for us while we work,my husband was getting our son loaded up in his carseat so they could leave and his cousin has 4 small children as well so they were outside standing by the truck saying there goodbyes and stuff mind you they live in a trailer park with lots of kids running around playing at all times when an 18yr old kid comes driving thru like his was a nascar driver at daytona 500 and nearly hit one of the children which was an 8yr old little girl,so they told the guy to slow down thru there that there were kids out there all the time playing ,and that was it they thought until about 3 mins later the 18yr old boy came outside screaming and yelling something and saying he dont fight he shoots as he and two other people are walking towards my husband his cousin and our small children,us not knowing if the guy had a gun and stray bullets are bout to start flying or what my husband and cousin start walking towards them away from the kids and the guy pulls out a knife and starts stabbing my husband,my husband had to be airlifted to a trama center where he went thru 14hrs of surgery to save his life ,he was stabbed 20 times and everytime he was stabbed it hit a major organs except his heart and colan he was stabbed 9 times in his lungs 4 in one lung 5 in the other his spleen had to be removed because it was damaged so badly a section of his stomach had to be removed a section of his intestines removed along with many more very bad stab wounds he was in icu for 3 weeks and 5 days then when he was released from hospital he still wasnt healed he was at home laid up healing for another 2 or 3 months which was hurting us financially very badly with him being the bread winner and main provider we have got behind on all of our bills and was on the verge of losing our home our lights got cut off and all so he pushed himself to go back to work before he was healed completly and now we are back in the hospital and he has to have more surgery to cut out part of his intestines where they have tangled up and have a kink in them not allowing his bowels to move causing him to be in unimagiable amounts of pain .which means he is going to need time off work to recover all the way and that means we are going to lose our place to live and be homeless with our children which are 1yr old little boy and 15yr old boy so if you could kindly donate anything to our family in our very rough time we would greatly be forever thankful and even if you cant donate say a prayer for us Godbless you all that reads....
