is Rocky he's been my baby since he was a few weeks old since 2020 he's still really young we have never been well economically wise to get him neutered and that was probably your biggest mistake around a week ago Rocky started not being able to properly pee he was rushed to the emergency vet and we got the news that if he had stones he would need surgery that bills are extremely expensive and we got told that if we wanted to get his surgery at the place, we went it would cost 6k-8k the first bill came out to 1K just for them to split push the stone back in and tell us that he needed the surgery, no matter what the cheapest place we have found does the surgery for 3k please help us. I don't want to see my best friend go or see him suffering
