When you find yourself in an unsafe and unfortunate situation, you do what's best for you and your children. That's exactly what Samantha did, to protect her family.
When protecting your family means dropping everything you own and packing a few bags of the necessities is all you can do, you do it for safety measures.
Samantha has found herself in a deeper situation that has caused her to have many sleepless nights on the streets of Columbia, SC. She had to leave PA and didn't know where else to turn. Her family and friends have been helping her as much as they possibly can over the last few weeks, to ensure she had a roof over her head. It's getting to a point where the hotels/motels are not allowing her to stay because she owes a balance, in which she has promised to pay or covers within a day or two, but they are not willing to work with her.
Her children are safe, but she has to continue to survive each day... one day closer to getting them back and being able to fully provide for them properly. Samantha would appreciate any donations for food, water, shelter, clothes, toiletries, etc. She essentially needs everything (her items were stolen) as she transitioned from one place to another.
