As a kid I spent most of my time reading and watching Nikola Tesla related subject matter. Of course I learned about Albert Einstein, Westinghouse and Edison. For some reason Nikola Tesla caught my eye, it could have been his goal to provide free energy to the world. Or be it that he was born in 1856, and the concepts he was working on seem to be truly ahead of his time. Schools don't teach us much about Tesla, we hear more about Edison and Westinghouse. Nikola is responsible for developing an alternating current power station, by using rotors, a stator and some coils to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy by electro magnetic induction. Mr Gate's yes Bill has talked about his new reactor which may be the solution we need, but how safe can nuclear energy be. He states that the new reactor's achieve a higher consumption of material which in result will lead to less radioactive waste. I mean sounds truly amazing but earth is filled with an extraordinary amount of radioactive waste already. The half life for these substances range from 1000- 10000 years. More or less depending on how refined and what raw material was utilized. We can provide energy to the masses, but just like back in Nikola's day. The world runs on greed mostly, financial backers such as banks don't like the notion of their ROI (return on investment) not exponentially multiplying . Let's just cut out the middle men / women needed for financial backing & try communicating to the people directly. Electric bills are increasing and with this push for a more sustainable world why aren't we working together to help create the future we want, not what they put in front of us to buy. Let's teach self sufficiency so we don't have to rely on our rulers. My name is Michael and I will not rest until we create a world in which we thrive as a unit, never neglecting those who always seem to be left behind. Don't give up on humanity as long as WE'RE breathing there is still a fighting chance in US.
