Hi! My name is Luca. I’m a trans person in my early thirties, originally from the American Midwest. Like too many of us, I had to leave to protect myself, as being visibly trans was dangerous, even in left-leaning cities, and it was becoming precarious. My family has been unsupportive and continued to stalk me through my transition. Due to not just the personal aspects, but the political conditions of the United States at this time, I was able to make my way over to Asia to start a new, more secure life. For safety reasons, the exact country needs to stay obscured. 

Things aren’t always easy, and right now I’m having a particularly tough time while I sort out bureaucratic issues as I find the healthiest place to exist in my own authentic way. Supporting myself is the biggest priority right now and I am actively seeking to secure my future. But at the moment, I need help. 

Food and shelter are of the greatest importance right now. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, but the tunnel is still very long. I need help right now for the immediate future. Every dollar donated is going to go directly to day-to-day survival. Nothing more than daily requirements necessary to live. Because right now, that’s what I need.

I have a bright future. I just need a little help right now to get there, a little help with stability. Thank you for your help– I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
