My name is Will Hobson and I'd like to earn a living while while working towards a more peaceful world.
That's why I'd like you to help me fund Peacehawk Coffee
With this small coffee roasting business, I want to buy raw coffee from countries like Yemen and others, sell the delicious, micro-batch roasted coffee online and locally while donating at least $1 of every pound sold to foreign aid organizations, like Yemenfoundation.org. In the process, I hope to make enough money for myself that I can continue to do my own peace activism in my free time, without having to be constantly on call for someone else's business.
In order to get started, I need to purchase two small, professional coffee roasting machines, each of which are about $3,500. I could also use some help with my initial inventory, cleaning supplies, packaging, etc.
While my initial focus will be on Yemen coffee and donating to the Yemen Relief and Reconstruction Foundation (who has expressed support for this project), I also plan to provide coffee from other regions in the future. However, I will always be donating at least $1 from every pound sold to worthy foreign aid organizations.
So just to recap, when you buy Peacehawk Coffee, you're not only buying great coffee at a competitive price, you're also simultaneously:
