My name is Blake and I am a single father that could use some help. I have been trying to start my own business. I have always dreamed of owning and operating my own restaurant but I would love to start small with a food trailer. I love cooking for people and my community. I live in a small town in arizona and there aren't that many options for good food here. I want the chance to cook and make a living from it for me and my little ones. With the food trailer I would be able to help our high school kids get job experience by working with me on there time off. If I do well I would love to turn this into a restaurant that I can give my kids. I dont ever ask for help, I dont cash in on government programs I have always taken the hard way with everything in my life. I am almost 40 I have worked since I was 14 and I am done working for people that dont care about you, people that dont respect you as a person. Please please help!!
