Whether you know Nicole from reality TV or have had the pleasure of meeting her in person, one thing is certain: she is incredibly special.
Nicole has shown up for me during moments when I never expected it—including coming to my uncle’s funeral after I had simply shared the information on my Instagram story. That is the kind of person she is. And now, it is time for me to show up for her.
Nicole’s greatest dream has always been to become a mother. She wanted it so deeply that she courageously chose to begin the journey of motherhood on her own.
Being a new mother to one baby is hard. Becoming a single mother to twins is even harder. But navigating motherhood while both of your babies are sick is something most of us cannot begin to imagine.
Both of Nicole’s daughters have been diagnosed with congenital CMV, and she has been traveling to medical appointments multiple times each week. Their health needs have delayed her ability to return to work, and I have felt helpless trying to figure out how to meaningfully support my friend.
What I do have is a network, a loud mouth, and the ability to rally people around someone who deserves our support. My hope is that together, we can make at least one part of Nicole’s life a little easier so she can focus on what matters most: caring for her daughters.
Before creating this fundraiser, I reached out privately to several members of the MTV community and asked them to send contributions directly to me because Nicole is far too proud to ever create a GoFundMe for herself. But I realized that if I truly wanted to make a meaningful impact, I needed to go all the way.
A heartfelt thank-you to Zac and Jenna Nichols, Tori Deal, Scott Yager, Derrick Kosinski, Veronica Portillo, Corey Lay, Sam McGinn for immediately stepping up and showing their support—even before there was a fundraiser or public record to validate it. (The 2k from me is from US) I swear I wrote all names when submitting lol
Any contribution, message, prayer, or share is deeply appreciated.
Nicole, I am sorry—but also not sorry.
I love you, and you do not have to carry all of this alone.
