On October 16th, Bernard "Mark" Supinski, 36, passed away unexpectedly at the home of his parents, Bernie and Kathie Supinski, in Cleveland, OH.  He was the eldest of three boys, and had numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins who in recent years, only saw on rare occasions, as they are spread out across the country.

After serving in the US Army, Mark went to college, took business courses and was a financial genius.  He loved to work the stock market. Rather than moving on to a life of his own, Mark returned to live at the family home to assist in care for his youngest brother.   With Bernie almost always on the road working, he took on the role of "man of the house" to help out with the many challenges of "life" and home ownership in Cleveland.   Mark himself was health conscious and in good physical condition.

He enjoyed riding his Enduro motorcycle, camping, and hiking the Appalachian Trial. Mark loved children and animals.  He was known as intelligent, kind, accepting, and shy.   Mark was adventurous, hardworking, and never complained.

Now retired, Mark's dad Bernie, finally had time to travel with his wife Kathie (Mark's mom,) to visit family and friends with their modest trailer.  In North Carolina, visiting their middle son, they heard the news and drove immediately through the night, to return to their home.  Tragically, the youngest son, dealing with multiple health issues, was the one to find him and call 911.  Now, they add PTSD to the mix.

With a fixed income, they did what they could with what they have.  Now, the family faces significant additional unexpected expenses, and feel it's simply too difficult to remain in the house where Mark's life was taken.  Every dollar makes a difference during this trying and uncertain time.

Arrangements are being handled by Sunset Memorial Chapel.

Donations can be made here to the Mark Supinski Memorial Fund.  What we have we cannot take with us, yet sharing with those in need, can make a difference that's unimaginable.
