My name is Myah “Mogwai” D’Agostino. I am currently a Freshman at in High School, a Senior Airman in AFJROTC, and a Cadet 1st Lieutenant in the Civil Air Patrol (CAP). Two of my dreams are to become a pilot and astronaut, but my third is to become a doctor someday. One of the wonderful opportunities AFJROTC and CAP have afforded me is to obtain training in medical response. I am certified in CPR and first aid. Your heart is a major factor in your health. Some people are born with heart problems and others develop them overtime due to genetics, injury, or even unhealthy habits. The American Heart Association helps provide support for those who need help as well as education for those who may be able to avoid having heart problems. As Miss Academy’s Teen I stand in support of the “Go Red For Women!”Initiative. Please help me in supporting this important program.
