Urgent: Winter Shelter & Warmth for Mohammed's Family in Gaza
I am sharing an urgent update on behalf of my friend Mohammed and his family, who remain in dire circumstances in Gaza.
Mohammed and his brother are still in their family home in the Al Tuffah neighborhood in the north, trying to protect what is left of it. He managed to get his mother and the rest of the women and children to a somewhat safer area in the south, but now they are exposed to the elements. Their large family is desperately in need of another winter-proof tent for adequate shelter.
With winter fast approaching, their situation is becoming even more critical. They are without warm clothes, thermal blankets, and heavy bedding to protect them from the cold and rain. On top of this, their daily struggle for basic food and clean water continues without end.
The family's suffering is immense, but we can help ease their burden. Our goal is to provide them with the means to survive the coming months.
Our specific fundraising needs are for:
Shelter: Funds for a durable, winter-proof tent and heavy-duty tarps.
Warmth: Warm winter clothing for all ages (insulated jackets, sweaters, socks, hats, and gloves), along with thermal blankets and warm bedding.
Sustenance: Continued access to food and clean water.

Urgent Update on Fundraiser for Muhammed Al Mashharawi & Family
Muhammed Al Mashharawi and his family are under direct threat of displacement from northern Gaza to the south. They face an extremely difficult journey ahead, and they urgently need our help.
The family includes elders and small children, making safe transport even more critical. The immediate priority is to raise funds for transportation costs so that they can evacuate safely. Once they reach the south, they will also need to purchase tents and basic shelter, as winter is approaching quickly in Gaza.
