We are deeply saddened to share with you the news of Lee Rhodes' passing. ALPLA's Production Manager for BET has been with the company for 11.5 years holding various roles where he made such a huge impact. Lee started his career in Sherman, TX as a Production Supervisor and began to travel to support other plants in the training of new Supervisors. He then transferred to Bowling Green, KY as a Supervisor before taking on the new challenge of starting up the Dayton, OH plant. Lee was a huge part in ensuring Dayton was a successful startup and was quickly promoted to the Assistant Production Manager Role.
In July 2022, Lee relocated to Bethlehem, PA to become the site's Production Manager. He leaves behind his wife Terri and his mother Reva. At this time, there are no plans for a memorial or funeral service. Any donations received will be given to his family to help support them through this difficult time.
