Lawn Mob was born from a simple truth: our neighborhoods deserve love not just through words, but through work. What started as a small initiative to assist elders, single parents, and disabled residents with yard maintenance quickly grew into a movement. Powered by PXU MEDIA and a team of community driven youth and leaders, Lawn Mob transforms overgrown lots into clean, cared-for spaces that uplift entire blocks.
We saw the need abandoned homes, struggling homeowners, forgotten corners of our city and we chose to show up. Not just with tools, but with intention.
The Mission
Lawn Mob is more than a landscaping service it’s a grassroots initiative committed to restoring pride, beauty, and opportunity to our communities. Our mission is to:
- Provide free lawn care services to eligible elderly and disabled residents
- Offer affordable yard maintenance for underserved families and individuals
- Employ and inspire youth with hands on work, leadership skills, and purpose
- Host community cleanups, volunteer days, and special projects that bring neighbors together
- Create sustainable revenue through service-based business models to fund outreach, equipment, and expansion
