For years, I slowly disappeared inside my own life.
Emotional and narcissistic abuse did not erase me all at once. It happened one dismissed feeling, one distorted truth, one silenced need and one piece of myself at a time.
From the outside, I was accomplished, capable and strong. Behind closed doors, I was questioning my instincts, shrinking my voice and struggling to recognize the woman I had become.
But I was still there.
My name is Trish Lacy. I am the author of Erased in My Home and the creator and host of UnErased with Trish Lacy.
Writing my book was how I reclaimed my story. Launching the UnErased podcast turned that story into a conversation—and that conversation is already reaching women who have felt invisible inside their relationships, families, workplaces and responsibilities.
Women have told me they recognize themselves in my words. Some are still trying to understand what happened to them. Others are rebuilding their lives. Many have spent years appearing strong while privately wondering whether anyone truly sees them.
That response has confirmed what I now know:
UnErased is bigger than my story.
It is becoming a media and storytelling platform where women can confront the experiences that silenced them, reclaim their voices and begin writing their next chapters.
Why I Am Asking for Your Help
I have personally invested in writing and publishing my book, launching the podcast, producing content, building a new YouTube channel, creating the UnErased brand and carrying this message into the world.
I did not wait until I had perfect circumstances or unlimited resources. I started with what I had because I believed this message needed to exist.
Now, the vision is growing faster than I can continue funding it alone.
I am launching The Founding 100—an invitation for 100 people to help transform UnErased from a newly launched podcast and published story into a sustainable media platform with the reach and resources to serve thousands of women.
My goal is to raise $15,000 to support:

The Greater Vision
The long-term vision extends beyond media.
I am also working toward establishing the future UnERASED Foundation, with a mission centered on expanding access to healing, coaching, education and community support—particularly for women and families who cannot access the resources they need to rebuild.
The media platform will help people feel seen. The future Foundation will be designed to help more people access support.
This Founding 100 campaign is specifically supporting the development of the for-profit UnErased media platform through Next Chapter Media LLC. It is not currently raising charitable funds for the future Foundation.
Why This Matters
UnErased is for the woman who became so busy being everything to everyone else that she stopped recognizing herself.
It is for the woman who learned to remain quiet to keep the peace.
It is for the woman who appears accomplished and confident but privately questions her own worth.
