Help Repair Our Lifeline: Stranded With Kids

My aunt gave me her jeep, out of the kindness of her heart. Jeep was in great condition. I just got out of a bad situation and trying to get back on my feet with my two kids. In April, we took it to TAKE 5 CHAPMAN HWY for an oil change, the suggested a coolant exchange as well. The next day, the car overheated on me, I get back home and call them. They sent two guys out and they look at it, said something about air bubbles and they hadn't put enough coolant during coolant exchange, finally they have it sent to PRECISION TUNE on N. Broadway. It was Easter weekend and ruined all of our plans. PRECISION tells me it's the radiator and fix it, Take 5 pays for it because they knew they were at fault. After picking up the car, I noticed my air wasn't blowing as cold as it was before but me not being a mechanic or anything I thought it just needed Freon or something. Then, May 28, 2026 I'm driving and car starts going towards HOT, I pull over and as I did I cut the air off and it goes back down. I think oh must be from my air not being as cold as it should be and the humidity outside, again I know nothing about cars but since it went back down and I had just "had all this fixed" I didn't think there would be an issue with the car. I looked and seen car had plenty of coolant, so I thought "No big deal" it didn't run hot so I'm good. May 29, 2026, the car does almost the same thing but this time when I turned air off it was as if the car started driving in "Limp mode" I pull over and at O'Reilly's tells me it's a ECT sensor is what code is coming up. I start to drive to Precision Again, and then steam comes from under the hood and I cut car off, it then wouldn't start back up. I HAVE IT TOWED and they take a day to tell me that the starter is locked up and they can't do anything until they replace the starter, which is over $1000. My oldest daughter, had missed summer camp. And now I'm scared I'm going to lose the job that I've been waiting months to start.
