This Is Our Fight — Help Me Take This Civil Rights Case to the U.S. Supreme Court
After nearly 10 months of total silence, the Florida First District Court of Appeal issued a one-line Per Curiam Affirmance with no opinion in my case (1D2024-2683).
They chose the path of least resistance instead of addressing serious procedural violations, religious discrimination, and due process failures.
This is not just my fight — it is our fight.
The rights they are willing to ignore in my case are the same rights that protect every American. If they can do this to me, they can do it to you, your family, or anyone who dares to stand on principle.
I am preparing a Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court — and I need your help to fund it.
Why This Matters to All of Us
This case involves:
A. Dismissal of sincerely held religious beliefs as “personal.”
B. A 13-day trial where sex discrimination claims were tried by consent but ignored
Verbatim adoption of the County’s untimely proposed order.
C. Fraudulent rescission of COVID disciplines later used against me as pretext
When courts allow government agencies to ignore Title VII, bypass due process, and punish religious convictions, your rights are at risk too.
What the $30,000 Will Fund
Here, (1) Professional printing and filing fees for the U.S. Supreme Court petition; (2) Preparation of the full record and appendices. Additionally, (3) Legal research and drafting support and (4) Supreme Court petitions require strict formatting and procedural expertise. Finally, (5) Service on all parties and any necessary supplemental briefing.
Every dollar goes directly to advancing this case and protecting the rights of all Americans to uphold religious liberty, and due process for all of us.
Why I’m Asking for Help
I have fought this battle with limited resources for years. I’ve been accurate in my predictions about the timeline, and I believe we are now at the critical stage where the Supreme Court needs to be asked to intervene.
