Hello everyone! This is Kayla, Kobe's older sister. I am happy to announce, in collaboration with the Sandugo VI 18th Basketball Charity Tournament, Kindness for Kobe has put together TEAM LLK!
This Sunday (8/2), Team LLK will take on 3 other teams in the "Kobe Division" at the Schaumburg Sports Complex from 8am to 3pm.
Team LLK consists of some of Kobe's closest friends, and will be coached by my partner Brian, and one of my closest friends, Chris. Kobe loved his friends dearly and looked up to Brian. We are participating in honor of him, and we know he will be by our side, guiding us the whole way through.
Families often reach out requesting ways to show us support, so I have created this spotfund. We are looking to collect donations to assist in covering the costs for Team LLK as well as Kobe's older brother, RJ's team, Team ABG ELITE (who will also be playing in honor of Kobe). This includes jerseys, participation fee, other team costs, etc.
If you are free, we encourage you to come out and support your players in-person! For just a $10 Adult Spectator Fee (kids are free!), join us for a fun-filled day of basketball, raffles, giveaways, a 3-pt shootout contest, etc.!
