Adele is a Gazan mother ، He is a precious child, full of light and life. But he was born into genocide. He has known hunger and fear his whole life, and we need urgent support to help baby rebuild their lives after the ceasefire.
Adele dreams of traveling with her baby to complete her education in another country. In Gaza, all universities have been destroyed and there is little infrastructure to support life. Adele's home is destroyed and she has nothing left in her home country.
Meanwhile, Adele has been working 24-hour shifts as a volunteer nurse. She dreams of one day getting a scholarship to complete her nursing studies abroad. For now, she is committed to helping the displaced children living in tents right outside the hospital she works at. Many of them have no winter clothes, and her next mission is to use donations to buy them warmer clothes for the winter.
Please donate and share this campaign. Any amount helps! Together, we CAN change the lives of Adele and her beautiful family. Thank you so much for your generosity.
In Adele’s own words:
We are a family of five siblings and one small child living together with our father in Gaza. Our father is 63 years old and has spent his life doing everything he could to protect and support us. Today, after losing our home completely due to destruction, we are all living in a tent, trying to survive one day at a time.
Our family consists of: Adel (26), Manal (22), Reham (20), Malak (17), Aya (14), and my little child.
Life in a tent is extremely harsh. We lack the most basic necessities of life. We urgently need food to endure each day, warm winter clothes to protect us from the cold, and support for education so the younger ones can hold on to their dreams despite everything we have lost. We also need funds for medications and for maintaining the tent we live in, to keep it safe from harsh weather conditions.
We have also lost our dear mother. We are all still struggling with deep grief and pain. In the midst of this loss, we are trying to stay strong for one another, and we hope you will stand by us during these difficult times so we can obtain the most basic essentials of life.
Education represents our hope for a better future, while food, warmth, healthcare, and shelter are our needs for survival today. Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a real difference in our lives and help us live with dignity during these very difficult times.
Your kindness can provide us with warmth, nourishment, medical care, and hope. Thank you for standing with us and for being part of our story of resilience.
