It is with broken hearts that we share the passing of Laura, a beloved mother, school nurse, and vibrant spirit who always lived life to the fullest. After a courageous battle with cancer, Laura passed away surrounded by love. Despite her illness, she never let it dim her light or stop her from showing up for her children, her students, and her community.
Laura was the proud mother of three beautiful children, Brendan, Shannon, and Heather, who have already endured loss earlier in the year. Just six months ago, they also lost their father. Now, facing life without both parents, they are left to navigate not only profound grief but also significant financial burdens.
In the midst of this all, they are trying to cover the cost of services, maintain their family home, medical bills, and manage everyday living expenses. These responsibilities have become overwhelming without the support system they once had.
We are reaching out to friends, family, and compassionate strangers for support during this incredibly difficult time. Any donation, big or small, will go directly to helping Brendan, Shannon, and Heather stay afloat and begin to rebuild their lives after this tragic news.
