Hey everyone!
Those that know me well know that I love reading books and am currently in the process of writing my own novel. One day, hopefully in the near future, I will be a full time author. It is a true passion of mine and I genuinely want this to be my career. Therefore, I have decided move into the direction of Audiobook Narration so that I can stay within the creative writing realm while I work towards my ultimate dream.
Doing this would allow me to help provide for my family alongside my husband and save money to put towards self-publishing my own novel. I will also be able to continue doing this while I get back to being a Substitute Teacher next school year.
This is where I need some help getting the tools I need to start this venture. I am raising $550 to cover essential equipment:
- A high-quality microphone, headphones, and audio interface
- Soundproofing materials for a home recording space
- Audio editing software and training resources
