Hi Friends!
I’m Ava Silver Miss Wendell’s Teen, and I’m so excited to be raising funds for educational scholarships and heart health research through the AHA GO RED x Miss America collaboration!
The American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women has teamed up with the Miss America Scholarship Foundation to support two causes close to my heart: funding life-saving heart research and providing women with the scholarships they need to chase their dreams.
Your support (whether big or small) makes a real difference. Together, we can create a healthier, smarter future for women across the country. ❤️
This mission is personal to me. As an advanced certified scuba diver working toward my Rescue and CPR certification, I’ve learned how essential full-body fitness and strong heart health are, both above and below the surface. Each dive reminds me that taking care of your body is about more than looking strong, it’s about being strong, mentally and physically.
Growing up with a Cardiac ICU nurse as my mom, I was raised to value nutritious meals, movement, and rest- not as routines, but as a lifestyle. Whether it’s Pilates, Barre, long walks, or dancing and singing on stage, staying active has always been how I connect to myself and my community.
Last season, I was honored to receive a Heart Health Scholarship Award at MNCT, and I’m even more motivated now to keep advocating for this cause.
I’d be so grateful if you’d join me in supporting this effort. Let’s fund the future, one heartbeat, one scholarship at a time. 💓
Thank you so much for being part of this journey.
With gratitude,
Ava Silver
