My name is Amy and I have had the honor and blessing to meet a lovely young lady named Brenda Dunigan whom is 9 months pregnant, homeless, and is a recovering addict who has made the choice to give her life over to God and conquer sobriety to be able to give her newborn child and herself the life they both deserve and need. Brenda is doing amazing on her path and road to recovery I must say. She is so full of spirit and such a kind soul, and it just breaks my heart seeing her go thru the struggles she is currently being handed to go thru while she is trying so hard to turn her life around for her and her unborn child. Recently Brenda was kicked out by the father of her unborn child and left with nothing, no family to help, only the clothes on her back walking the streets. I have been able to help this beautiful young lady so far with clothes, food, a bassinet, carseat, infant clothes, necessities, diapers, wipes, bottles, basically almost everything she will need for her baby when he is born in the next week or two. The one thing I am currently unable to help her with is finding a stable home to bring her child home to for the both of them. I have exhausted all of my resources and feel stuck and hurt that I can't financially help her with this situation myself. I have decided to ask the world to help her on her battle and show her there is still kind generous people left in this world who do care and show her she has a support system that believes she will be just fine and succeed and beat the battles she's battling. I do know the Choctaw nation will help with the first month rent and deposit on her a place, along with the first 6 months on paying her utilities, so I am asking for everyones help today to help gather up as much as we can to help Brenda pay her rent on an apartment for her and her soon to be baby so she has a home to bring that blessing home towhen she gets discharged from the hospital. we have a landlord willing to rent a place to her but we have to be able to show him she has a way to pay her monthly rent until she is able to find her a job and start paying the rent herself. any help would be appreciated and a blessing 🙏thank you to everyone in advance!
