Someone who worked in healthcare since 1987.
An RN for the last 13 years, working with the Spinal Cord Injured Patient Population.
Never unemployed.
Very generous.
Independent.
Proud.
What I have been reduced to:
I’m newly disabled due to a failed lumbar fusion and subsequent cervical fusion that left me with a paralyzed left arm ( C5 Palsy ).
I have no support system.
I find myself in a very uncomfortable situation as my financial situation is dire.
At this point I have very little in my bank account and I won’t receive my disability payment until October 8th.
I really have no idea what I can do at this point.
