I would rather chew off my own arm than ask for help, but I don’t have any choice right now.
As y’all know, my brother passed away last Thursday. Today was the first day I was able to get down to Portales to see my mother and help out with arrangements and such. On the way here, the fuel pump on my car gave out. This is NOT a cheap or easy fix and I don’t have the money to fix it. I took it to a trusted mechanic, and dropped it off, but I can’t get it back till the repairs are paid for.
I can get back to Lubbock while it’s being worked on, but I have to have it back after my brother’s funeral on Friday. And as y’all know, I start a new job on Monday. Any little bit you can spare will help.
