Honestly, asking for help isn't something that comes easily to me, but here I am humbly opening up and asking for help As a 26-year-old in Provo, Utah, engaged to the love of my life, I'm trying to pull off the wedding she truly deserves. Growing up, my family always struggled financially. My parents juggled two jobs just to keep us afloat, and now they’re saving for a necessary surgery. My fiancée’s parents are working extra hours to contribute, and she and I are doing the same, but expenses keep piling up. We're trying to gather enough for first and last months' rent, a bed, two working cars, and all the wedding essentials. We’ve made cuts where we can, but it’s still overwhelming.
My fiancée is incredible someone who always puts others before herself. She's been my unwavering support, helping me become the person I want to be. I want to give her the perfect wedding, a moment that celebrates her generosity and spirit. It's humbling to ask for help, but as we dream of this day together, I'm reaching out for a little support to make it happen. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
