My name is Jake Reynolds, Thursday evening I got off work and decided to drive to Walmart to get pool supplies for my pool for my children. I have 4 wonderful kids. I've been working at ADM in Marston. Full time going on 3 years. Well I was driving north bound on interstate 55 and had a serious accident evolving a 18 wheeler. I woke up with my truck motor sitting on my lap. I got flow to southeast Missouri hospital. I got put in ICU with 6 broken ribs, 2 shattered ribs plus a broken back. I'm the only income in my house hold. I'll be in the icu for awhile the surgeon said plus I'm very likely to to have surgery to fix my ribs. Please from the bottom of yells heart to donate anything that you can to help me and my family out during this terrible accident. We will need all that we can get. It's very possible that I'll be put on a vent with my breathing problems. Anything will help us so please with the kindness of each and every ones heart to donate and help my family of 6 ĝet threw this terrible accident. Thank yall and godbless
