Help Me Continue Fighting for My Child
I never imagined I would find myself asking for help like this, but I am at a point where I cannot continue this legal battle alone.
I am raising funds to help cover the legal expenses associated with my ongoing custody battle. For years, I have done everything I can to advocate for my child, protect his well-being, and make sure his needs are heard and taken seriously.
This has been an incredibly difficult and emotional journey. There have been situations and behaviors that I believe have negatively affected my child, yet I have continued to feel that the father has not been held accountable for his actions or for the impact those actions have had on our child. I have spent countless hours documenting concerns, attending court, communicating with attorneys and professionals, and doing everything within my ability to protect my child and advocate for what I believe is in his best interest.
I am not asking anyone to take sides or judge either parent. I am simply asking for help so that I can continue to have proper legal representation and a fair opportunity to present my concerns and evidence in court.
The financial burden of this case has become overwhelming. Attorney fees, court costs, filing fees, and other legal expenses continue to add up, and I am struggling to keep up while also providing for my child and maintaining our everyday lives.
My goal is simple: to make sure my child is safe, supported, heard, and given the opportunity to thrive.
