Hi! I’m karl and I’m trying to raise money so when my lease is up I can move out of this place. My apartment is not a good living place. There’s termites, mold, water leaks etc. We are currently paying almost over $2,000 for a 2 bed 2 bath. My rent makes it hard for me to save up for anything, I use affirm any place I go to. I’m trying to get out of my situation hopefully in a cheaper place where I can save to purchase a home. Hi! I had a few people ask me how much it will cost to move into a new place, the good news is we found a cheaper option that we like so far, bad news is the prices to get in are crazy but that’s every apartment. (It will probably cost around 3,000+) Another question I had is why don’t I call the city, I spoke with a guy who works for the city and his own words were if we don’t have a place to go then he is not sure how that would work out. So it’s a tough it out until the lease is up situation.
