In his final days, my pops Buzzy and I were working to build a house in Bakersfield.
When he passed in 2019, the project was incomplete, a framed shell in the Bakersfield suburbs.
Not wishing to see my dad's project incomplete, I bought my uncle out of the house in 2020 and began to finish the project.
My wife and I plan on moving in and renting rooms out through Airbnb when the home is finished. But, we have hit a snag.
After pouring the rest of our life savings into the house, we still have work to do to pass our energy inspection.
This is where all of you come in. We are looking for investors who would be interested in taking advantage of our future vacation rental at a discounted rate by paying up front for future nights.
The Offer:
For every hundred dollars contribution you will receive a room for two nights in our five-bedroom house.
