Jack Mitchener is a long time Amador County Calif. Resident who lives near Pioneer, Calif. and has been duly employed for many years as a Handyman and I have had the pleasure to use his services for many years. On Wednesday 30, July 2025 after work when he got home he was met in his driveway by several Cal-Fire fire trucks. Whereby his little off the Grid Cabin residence he built years ago had completely burned to the ground losing all of his worldly possessions including his Cat and all his work tools. On Friday of that week after not being able to communicate with Jack I took a chance ride up his dirt road to try and find him and was greeted by my old friend in a state of shock as he wandered around among the Fire Debris. He was left with just the clothes on his back and a few tools in the back of his pickup truck. Jack has a Love of Square dancing and is known throughout the community for his smile and his quick dance moves for a 79 year old. Please help him rebuild his life again. Thanks.
