I am only 23 years old and I am diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, from my diabetes I have been also diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy. I also have what’s called necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticrum (NLD) But due to NLD I also developed Diabetic Ulcers and have a approximately 2 by 3 inch wound on my foot that is being closely monitored and treated to keep me from losing my foot/leg. If you can help me get a car for my appointments I would appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
