I have a neighbor name James Rainwater. His father was a pentecostal evangalist. He worked as Volunteer fire department chief. Mr Rainwater, he's78, lives in a trailer next to me. One of his window units went out which brings the house temperature sometimes into the nineties  Living on a low budget, he's unable to afford a new one and can't find a used one . I've dialed 211 and tried other avenues without vail. Two new units would be better  but at least replacing the broke one would get the temp at a bearable level.
